These terms and conditions represent our terms of sale for Brandcatcher Ltd as trading online via the web site: www.brandcatcher.co.uk
These terms of sale set out our intention to satisfy you the customer in compliance with both the Sale of Goods Act 1979 and the distance selling regulations 2000.

PRICING POLICY & SPECIAL OFFERS
The prices displayed on this web site reflect the nature of trading via the internet and the reduced costs. If prices vary between this web site and in-store prices then please DO NOT request discounted prices in-store.
AVAILABILITY
When you place an item in your trolley an indication will be given as to stock levels and availability. We make no guarantee as to the accuracy of these stock levels.
We make all possible efforts to update our web site during the normal working week between the hours of 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. UK time Weekdays. However, we cannot guarantee availability of any specific product. In particular, orders placed outside of our normal retail hours (9 - 5 p.m.) may be subject to change. In the event of placing an order that is not immediately available we will contact you as soon as possible.
Where an order is placed for multiple items and the products are clearly dependant on each other in order to be usable by you the customer, yet one item is not available then we will contact you within 24 hours of your order being placed regarding your intention to proceed with the entire order.
Where an order is placed for multiple items and the products are clearly NOT dependant on each other in order to be usable by you the customer, yet one item is not available then we reserve the right to deliver the available items separately.
We reserve the right to contact you for further confirmation regarding your order prior to authorisation of particularly high value items or large quantities.
We reserve the right to contact you by email or telephone regarding the availability of a product.
DELIVERY
Our best endeavours will be made to deliver all products within 7-10 days.
This commitment is ONLY available on items which are in stock at our warehouse.
Where an item is not available (see above) and you elect to proceed with the order for that item following contact by one of sales representatives then our best endeavours will be made to deliver those products within 7-10 days following receipt of the products within our warehouse.
For security reasons we can only deliver products to the cardholders/account holders address without further verbal or written confirmation should we feel that it is necessary.

Customers who place a second order 28 days after a first order may elect to have the product[s] delivered to an address different to that of the cardholder address.
Delivery charges are quoted for UK customers only. Delivery can only be made to overseas clients by special arrangement. Please contact our sales team to enquire about placing an export order.
PAYMENT
Payment is taken by secure transaction using Paypal. For more information on Paypal please visit the Paypal web site.
You DO NOT need a Paypal account to make a purchase.
We hope to be offering secure payment by Secpay also very soon.

WARRANTY AND RETURNS
All watches are warranted for 12 months from date of purchase.
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchases and if for any reason you are not happy please return it within 30 days and we will replace, exchange or refund it at your request - subject to the following conditions:
- The goods must be returned with all accessories, packaging, instructions, etc and must be in an unused condition.
- A proof of purchase must be supplied.
- You must return any free gifts which came with the product.
Your statutory rights are not affected by these terms of sale.
Goods should be returned directly to our warehouse the address of which will be included with your delivery.

In the event that you have a complaint please send in writing using our web site contact contact form.
ERRORS AND OMMISSIONS
We make every effort to ensure that the information on our site is accurate and up to date. We will promptly correct any errors brought to our attention. If you find an error please contact our webmaster.
